Since the launch in January 2025, SRVO has expanded further into the residential and commercial real estate markets through the acquisition of multi-disciplinary property service specialist companies and personnel.
Part of the Odevo Group, SRVO is now actively recruiting to expand its teams in order to manage their rapidly growing portfolios with offices in Brighton, Nottingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Liverpool, London, Birmingham, Sheffield, and Manchester.
SRVO — pronounced (Ser-vo) was launched in January 2025 to provide a vehicle for real estate services that could dominate the UK market.
At launch, the SRVO brand was created to house the merger of three well-established, regional property services consultancies – Shaw & Co, Cardoe Martin and Trinity Surveyors – which were all acquired as part of the rapid and ongoing expansion of the Odevo Group in the UK.
A set of surveys and workshops were held with people from each of the 3 businesses to establish key aspects of the brand identity, as well as sessions with the management teams to help shape our thinking for the new name and brand identity.
The rebrand and new name were an opportunity to develop “SRVO” as a property service / real estate services entity rather than just a surveying business. Our approach was to find a name that reflects the future of this industry based on audience, strategy, and core values.

The brand name and identity were developed to house and reflect a multi-service corporate fuelled by private equity.
We needed to create something memorable and relevant to their full-service offer, both online and in real-world environments.
Our market analysis revealed that the global surveying and mapping services market was valued at $9.3 billion, increasing to $41.5 billion in just 2 years.
SRVO is a surveying company that takes pride in their service. We helped them to launch, and they now compete against 100 property surveying experts throughout the UK.
After the new brand was launched, we helped SRVO promote their multi-disciplinary expertise and national coverage at several high-profile industry events.
Event displays successfully communicate their value propositions as well as their suite of services and industry credentials.
Adverts in industry publications carried the same consistent messaging and visual identity, along with calls to action to drive more traffic to the website and social media platforms.
SRVO has grown through the acquisition of existing businesses.
The Underscore role is to add clarity, direction and innovation.
