CLS is a FTSE 200 office and commercial property specialist company owning around £1.9 billion of office and commercial space around Europe in the UK, France and Germany. They came to us on their 30th year to refresh their identity from the bottom up to better reflect the business that they are today and to celebrate their rich history throughout Europe.
Underscore helped them achieve this by aligning their strategic vision to their tenants business objectives, reinforcing the diversification in their key markets and elevating the importance of sustainability across all aspects of their business.
Our approach has driven their business forward and helped to enhance their profile within the sector. In doing so we took the opportunity to strengthen their brand for a digital-first world to coincide with a relaunch that celebrated 30 years of ‘Creating Life Stories’ for themselves and their tenants.
